ACCOUNT MANAGER
You will be assigned to
- Manage, develop and retain a portfolio of customers in over 10 countries
- Have an in-depth understanding regarding your portfolio including; sales, billing, collections, debtors & contract renewal and report to Senior Management on a regular basis
- Establish and maintain a strong client relationship through regular contact & also interact with and support all internal teams such as Sales, Implementation, Finance & Support, who work with your portfolio of customers.
- Actively seek to increase the services and products offered to your portfolio and increase the income generated
You will need to have
- Full or part qualifications in CIM /SLIM or a Bachelors Degree in a related field
- Around 5 years work experience in Customer Relationship Management or Sales & Marketing
- Exposure to Sales and Revenue Reporting
- Customer relationship, soft sales and marketing skills
