Informatics Institute of Technology Collaborates with University of Westminster

The Informatics Institute of Technology announced that the validation process for five undergraduate and one advanced MSc programme with University of Westminster, London was completed recently and the courses are scheduled to commence in September 2005.

The University of Westminster (UoW) has a long-established reputation for innovation, academic excellence and the accessibility of its taught programmes and applied research. Based in the heart of London, the University still occupies its original building and celebrates its foundation in 1838, as the Royal Polytechnic Institute, the UK’s first such institution.

Westminster was the first modern University to be awarded the prestigious Queen’s Award for Enterprise. The University offers a full range of undergraduate qualifications and subjects for study. Students are encouraged to develop skills such as teamwork and leadership for application in many different careers, and to develop the potential for Masters level study.

In collaboration with the UoW, Informatics Institute of Technology provides a range of undergraduate and post-graduate degree courses including BSc (Hons) Computing, Internet Computing, Software Engineering, Information Systems with Business Management, etc. and MSc. in Advanced Software Engineering.
