School Tools
is a comprehensive Information and Communication Technology (ICT) curriculum presented in a lively, interactive format, the programme has been designed to kindle children’s interest in ICT and arm them with critical skills in a world dominated by computer technology. This curriculum is designed for implementation in Schools for students from Grade 1 to 13.

Ranging from comparatively simple word processing to high-end programming, School Tools steers students through computer applications that are carefully chosen to be age- and grade-relevant. Accepted principles of educational psychology have been drawn upon in crafting the curriculum.

School Tools achieves each technology target by basing lesson modules on imaginative projects. Adding an extra dimension to the programme, computing skills are conveyed through conventional subjects such as Mathematics, Science, Language Arts and Social Science. Integrating course work with academic areas teaches kids how to relate technology to everyday life.

A step by step approach to teaching computing techniques, CommenceApplyPerfectReview, ensures that students derive optimal benefit, whether they have access to computers outside their places of learning or not.

For every lesson unit, the School Tools Curriculum Development Team has compiled a Teacher’s Guide and a Student’s Guide. The Teacher’s Guide includes a manual and CD-ROMs with supporting text, audio and video material, digital clips and templates.
