We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Marketing & Communications to lead our marketing efforts and accelerate our brand’s growth. As the Head of Marketing & Communications, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and increase market penetration.
Manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, partners, and industry influencers.
Oversee PR and communication activities to enhance our brand image and reputation.
Lead digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation.
Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, advertising initiatives, and successful product launches.
Organize and oversee events such as trade shows, conferences, and webinars to generate leads and strengthen brand presence.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop effective sales enablement tools, collateral, and presentations.
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Serve as the custodian of marketing and brand collaterals, assets, and merchandise.
Drive corporate and employee branding strategies and initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on driving growth and brand awareness.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies and initiatives.
Strong understanding of market research and analysis techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Experience in organizing and managing events, trade shows, and conferences.
Proficiency in analyzing marketing campaign performance metrics and providing actionable insights.
